This 20ft offshore container is manufactured to DNV 2.7-1 and EN 12079 certification standards for use in marine and offshore environments. The container body is constructed from Corten steel with corner thickness of 8mm. All load-bearing components incorporate a minimum safety factor of 1.8x.
The container includes a DNV-approved lifting set with four corner fittings rated at 10t SWL each. Forklift pockets are reinforced and rated at 8,000kg SWL. The floor consists of 5mm thick non-slip diamond plate steel.
The cargo doors are located at one end and measure 7ft 5in in width by 7ft 3in in height. Door gaskets are intact and create a seal against water ingress under normal maritime conditions. Locking bars operate with a standard locking mechanism.
Four ventilation ports are installed to reduce condensation buildup. The container is designed for dynamic marine loads including wave impact, wind, and vessel motion. A full documentation package including material certificates, welding procedures, and NDT reports is available upon request.
This unit is new and has not been previously used in service. No modifications including insulation, electrical wiring, or additional door cutouts have been applied unless specified at the time of order.
