Delivery Method
Containers are typically delivered using tilt-bed or flatbed trucks. The delivery method will depend on container size, site conditions, and accessibility.
Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery site is accessible for large trucks
Level surface for placement
Clear any obstacles prior to delivery (no low wires, tight turns, or obstructions)
Be present or designate a representative at the time of delivery (if required)
Failure to meet site requirements may result in delays or additional delivery fees.
Inspection & Condition
All containers are inspected prior to dispatch and delivered in the condition described at the time of purchase. Photos, specifications, and condition details are available upon request before delivery.
Delivery Location & Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the delivery location:
Allows truck access
Has sufficient turning radius
Complies with local regulations or zoning requirements
Certain situations may require additional charges, including remote or hard-to-access locations, restricted delivery access, or special equipment requirements. Any additional costs will be communicated before order confirmation.
Moving Shipping Containers is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or improper site preparation.
Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
