Return and Refunds Policy

At Moving Shipping Containers, we are committed to customer satisfaction and delivering products that meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of shipping container products, our returns and refunds process is structured to reflect industry practices.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The container must remain in the same condition as delivered
- No structural modifications, alterations, or damage after delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or special-order containers
- Modified containers after delivery
- Containers that have been used, altered, or relocated after placement
- Any item not in the original delivered condition (excluding verified delivery issues)
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@movingshippingcontainers.com
- Provide your order details and reason for return
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.
👉 Note: Due to the size and logistics of container products, return approvals are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Return Transportation
- Return transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
- Returns must be coordinated with our logistics team to ensure proper handling
5. Inspection & Approval
Once a returned container is received:
- It will be inspected to verify eligibility
- Approval is based on condition and compliance with this policy
6. Refunds
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges
- Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable
- If promotional or flat-rate shipping was provided, actual delivery costs may be deducted from the refund
- Additional deductions may apply if the returned item does not meet full eligibility conditions
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Photos of the issue
- Delivery details
We will review and work toward a resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch. Once a container has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
10. Policy Updates
Moving Shipping Containers reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
