This 10 ft unit is constructed from mild steel and designed for use as an observation or workspace. The unit includes four fixed glazing windows, which provide visibility from multiple angles. A steel entrance door is installed for access.
Forklift pockets are integrated into the base of the unit. These pockets allow the unit to be lifted and moved using a forklift without damaging the structure.
The electrical system includes a 4000V 32A 5-pin external connection. This connection allows the unit to be powered from an external source. The unit contains one 36W fluorescent light for interior illumination and one 2kW convector heater for temperature regulation.
The insulation specifications are as follows. The floor contains 60 mm of insulation. The walls contain 60 mm of insulation. The roof contains 100 mm of insulation. This insulation reduces heat transfer between the interior and exterior environments.
The flooring consists of cement-bound chipboard with a PVC top layer. The PVC surface resists moisture and can be cleaned with standard floor cleaning methods.
The interior finish is available in two options: white or oak veneer. The exterior can be painted in any RAL color.
The unit is stackable, allowing multiple units to be stored or transported in a vertical configuration. Additional size variants are available in 16 ft, 20 ft, 24 ft, and 30 ft lengths.

This unit is intended for ground-level placement on flat, load-bearing surfaces. The unit is not certified for shipping (CSC certification not applicable). Typical applications include:
