This 16 ft x 10 ft Jackleg cabin is a portable building constructed for ground-level placement on job sites, event locations, or other temporary use areas. The cabin includes jackleg supports that allow leveling on uneven ground.
The interior is configured as an open plan layout. This design provides a single uninterrupted space that can be used for multiple purposes. A fitted canteen option is available as an alternative configuration.
The exterior is finished in Goosewing Grey. The exterior material is designed for durability in outdoor conditions.
The cabin includes one UPVc double glazed window. Double glazing consists of two glass layers with an air gap between them, which reduces heat transfer and exterior noise.
The electrical system includes two LED strip lights for interior illumination, two twin 13A sockets for electrical devices, and one electric panel heater with a timer. The electrical requirements are 230V with a 63 Amp RCD (Residual Current Device) for circuit protection.
The internal wall covering is vinyl faced white plasterboard. The internal floor covering is 2mm vinyl in a grey wood plank effect. The flooring substrate is OSB3 board. OSB3 is a moisture-resistant oriented strand board suitable for humid conditions.
Carpet flooring is available as an optional upgrade.
