This 20ft mobile cold storage container is modified for refrigeration applications. The container includes a 2022 Copeland refrigeration unit and a 2022 Larkin indoor evaporator unit. The system operates on 220V single phase power, compatible with standard U.S. electrical configurations.
The freezer model maintains steady temperatures as low as -5°F. The container is fully insulated with polyurethane foam in the walls, ceiling, and floor. The interior is finished with stainless steel for sanitary food storage applications.
The compressor housing is mounted to the exterior and is weather resistant. The cargo doors are located at the rear of the container and include locking bars. Door gaskets are intact to maintain interior temperature separation.
The container body is constructed from Corten steel. The floor consists of aluminum T-track or marine-grade plywood depending on the configuration. Forklift pockets on the base allow repositioning using appropriate equipment.
