This 20 ft shipping container is constructed from Corten steel. Corten steel is a weathering steel that forms a protective rust layer when exposed to the elements, reducing long-term corrosion. The exterior is finished in white.
The container is built to ISO standards and includes CSC plating with a maximum gross weight of 30 tons.
Exterior hinged double doors are located at the end of the container. The doors include two locking bars. A lockbox is factory fitted to the door.
The flooring is 28mm marine plywood, which allows loading with a forklift truck. Marine plywood is manufactured with water-resistant adhesives and resists delamination in humid conditions.
Four vents are installed to eliminate condensation.
