40 ft Full Side Access Container – High Cube, Corten Steel, CSC Plated_

This 40 ft full side access container is configured as a high cube unit, providing additional interior height compared to standard containers.

The container features a full side opening measuring 11,836 mm (38 ft 9 in) with no central post, allowing unobstructed access along the entire side.

The container is constructed from Corten steel. Corten steel is a weathering steel that forms a protective rust layer when exposed to the elements, reducing long-term corrosion.

The container includes CSC plating with a maximum gross weight of 24,000 kg.

Exterior hinged double doors are located at one 8 ft end, with two locking bars per door. Double doors are located on one 40 ft side, with three locking bars per door.

The flooring is 28mm marine plywood installed on steel cross members. Marine plywood is manufactured with water-resistant adhesives and resists delamination in humid conditions.

Eight vents are installed for airflow. A steel bunded floor can be installed at an additional cost.
