The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel, a material selected for its weather-resistant properties. Corrugated sidewalls provide structural rigidity. The floor consists of 1.125-inch thick marine-grade plywood treated for moisture resistance. Four ventilation ports with insect screens are installed to reduce condensation buildup.
The cargo doors at one end measure 7 ft 5 in width by 8 ft 5 in height, accommodating the taller interior clearance. Door locking bars operate with a standard locking mechanism. The container includes forklift pockets on the base for repositioning using appropriate equipment.
