This side linked flat pack office bundle consists of two 6.5m x 2.3m flat pack office cabins and one 6.5m side linking kit. When assembled, the two cabins are joined side by side to create a single open space measuring 6.5m x 4.6m.
The flat pack design allows all components to be moved by hand to the assembly location. This enables installation in locations with restricted access, including inside buildings or multi-storey car parks. No crane is required for assembly.
The assembled unit can accommodate larger teams or serve functions such as access control points, entry testing, or document processing areas.
The unit includes one or two pedestrian doors depending on configuration. Doors can be installed on any two of the four sides, providing flexibility for site-specific access requirements. Door positions can be changed after initial installation. The entire building can be relocated as project requirements change.
Four windows are included, providing natural light. Windows can be swapped with surplus solid panels (spare side panels not needed due to the side linking configuration). This is useful when privacy or interior wall space is required.
Additional side linked 6.5m offices can be added to expand the space further. Each additional office adds one pedestrian door and two windows. Additional units can only be added in a side-linked configuration.
The largest and heaviest component of the 6.5m office is the roof panel.
