This 20ft shipping container begins as a standard ISO-certified cargo unit previously used in transport. The container is modified for office use with insulation, electrical components, flooring, and secure access points.
Closed-cell spray foam insulation is applied to interior walls and ceiling at a minimum thickness of 1.5 inches, then covered with fire-retardant plywood paneling. The floor is covered with commercial-grade vinyl sheeting over the existing marine-grade plywood subfloor.
The electrical system includes a 4-circuit sub-panel rated for 120V AC, two duplex receptacles, two overhead LED light fixtures, and an exterior weatherproof inlet box for connection to a generator or site power. Wiring is routed through conduit.
A sliding steel door is installed on one sidewall measuring approximately 36 inches in width by 78 inches in height. A lockable window measuring 36 inches by 24 inches is installed adjacent to the door. The original cargo doors at one end remain fully operational with locking bars intact.
All exterior weld points are coated with rust-inhibiting paint. As a used unit, the container may show signs of previous cargo service including surface scratches, minor dents, or small areas of surface rust on exterior surfaces.
