This container begins as a standard ISO-certified 20ft cargo unit and undergoes professional modification. Closed-cell spray foam insulation is applied to all interior surfaces at a minimum thickness of 1.5 inches, then covered with fire-retardant plywood paneling. The insulation reduces heat transfer and minimizes condensation on interior walls.
The electrical system includes a 4-circuit sub-panel rated for 120V AC, two duplex receptacles, one overhead LED light fixture, and an exterior weatherproof inlet box for connection to a generator or site power. All wiring is routed through conduit and meets standard electrical safety practices.
A steel-framed personnel door measuring 32 inches by 78 inches is installed on the sidewall. The door includes a three-point locking mechanism and weather seal. The original cargo doors at one end remain fully operational, with factory gaskets intact and locking bars functional.
All exterior weld points are ground smooth and coated with rust-inhibiting paint. The floor consists of 1.125-inch thick marine-grade plywood treated for moisture resistance.
