This 40ft high cube shipping container is modified with access points and security features. The high cube configuration provides approximately one foot of additional interior height compared to standard containers.
A man door is installed on one sidewall for daily access. A roll-up door is installed on the same sidewall for wide equipment or vehicle entry. Security bars are installed on all existing openings.
Two window cutouts are prepared on the sidewall. Security bars for the window cutouts are included but not installed, allowing placement by the purchaser.
The original cargo doors at one end remain fully operational, measuring 7ft 5in in width by 8ft 5in in height. Door locking bars operate with a standard locking mechanism.
The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel with corrugated sidewalls. The floor consists of 1.125-inch thick marine-grade plywood treated for moisture resistance. Forklift pockets on the base allow repositioning using appropriate equipment.
