40ft High Cube Refurbished Reefer Container with Carrier Cooling Unit

This 40ft high cube refrigerated container, commonly referred to as a reefer, has undergone refurbishment including mechanical servicing and structural repairs. The high cube design provides approximately one foot of additional interior height compared to standard containers.

The factory-installed Carrier refrigeration unit has been serviced including compressor check, evaporator and condenser inspection, and electrical system testing. The unit has undergone a pre-trip inspection to verify basic functionality including temperature control, airflow, and defrost cycles.

The container body is constructed from Corten steel with insulated wall panels. Polyurethane foam insulation is factory-sealed within the walls, floor, and ceiling. Door seals have been replaced. The floor includes integrated T-slot channels for air circulation beneath stored goods.

The cargo doors are located at the rear of the container and measure 7ft 5in in width by 8ft 5in in height. Door gaskets are intact to maintain interior temperature separation. The container includes a data plate with manufacturer specifications including voltage, amperage, and refrigerant type.

As a refurbished unit, the container has been inspected for structural integrity including floor condition, panel damage, and corrosion. Exterior surfaces may show signs of previous cargo service including surface scratches or minor dents. All structural components including floor, roof, corner castings, and door frames are intact and functional.

Designed for ground-level placement on compacted gravel, concrete pad, or level ground when used as stationary storage. Electrical system requires connection to an external power source by a licensed electrician. Not certified for pharmaceutical or medical storage unless additional validation and temperature mapping are completed by the purchaser. Not intended for residential habitation.
