This 20ft shipping container begins as a standard ISO-certified unit previously used in cargo transport. The exterior receives a yellow industrial-grade coating applied over prepared Corten steel surfaces. The coating provides uniform color and surface protection.
Two roll-up doors are installed along one sidewall. Each door operates on a spring-assisted mechanism and slides vertically into an overhead housing. Each door opening measures approximately 6ft in width by 7ft in height, providing combined side access of 12ft. Each roll-up door includes a locking mechanism on the interior side.
The original cargo doors at one end remain fully operational, measuring 7ft 5in in width by 7ft 3in in height. Door locking bars operate with a standard locking mechanism.
The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel with corrugated sidewalls. As a used unit, the container may show signs of previous cargo service including surface scratches, minor dents, or small areas of surface rust prior to coating. All structural components including floor, roof, corner castings, and door frames remain intact and functional.
The floor consists of 1.125-inch thick marine-grade plywood treated for moisture resistance. Four ventilation ports with insect screens are installed to reduce condensation buildup. Forklift pockets on the base allow repositioning using appropriate equipment.
