This 40ft high cube shipping container is modified into two distinct sections: an office and an inventory storage area.
The office section measures approximately 8ft by 10ft. The area is insulated and includes a 10,000 BTU air conditioning unit. The walls and floor are painted. A lockable access door measures 24in by 80in. Dual sliding plexiglass windows include a pop-up service counter.
The storage section measures approximately 8ft by 30ft. The area includes a Mecalux racking system with plywood shelving and crossbeam supports. A lockable door separates the office and storage sections.
The electrical system includes a Square D 100 AMP load center with labeled breakers. Multiple GFCI and standard outlets are installed throughout. The storage section includes 148 outlets mounted to the racking (37 steel 4-outlet boxes with EMT conduit).
Five high-output fluorescent light fixtures are installed: one in the office and four in the storage area. A 36in powered ventilation fan with 1/2 HP motor is installed. Six galvanized natural wall vents measuring 23in by 18in include mesh and weather sealing. A pre-cut port for the air conditioning unit is provided.
The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel. The exterior is finished in white. The interior is finished in blue-gray. The floor is in good condition with a painted surface.
