This storage unit is constructed from modular insulated panels shipped in flat pack form. Each panel consists of a steel outer skin, polyurethane foam core, and chemical-resistant inner lining. Panel thickness is 50mm for walls and floor, with 40mm for the ceiling.
The unit is designed to meet COSHH storage requirements for hazardous substances including chemicals, solvents, paints, and industrial fluids. A spill containment sump is integrated into the floor panel, capable of containing leaks from stored containers. Ventilation ports are positioned near the top and bottom of the unit to allow passive air circulation.
The access door measures 800mm in width by 1800mm in height and includes a three-point locking mechanism with a hasp for padlock application. Door hinges are welded and sealed. Assembly requires basic tools and two persons. All panel connections use bolt-together hardware with included gaskets for weather resistance.
The base includes integrated forklift pockets for positioning after assembly. The unit is designed for ground-level placement on a level, prepared concrete surface.
