Detailed Description
This 20ft shipping container is new and has not been previously used in cargo transport. The container is modified for workshop use including electrical components, workbench, storage, and flooring.
The electrical system includes a 4-circuit sub-panel rated for 120V AC, six duplex receptacles, four overhead LED light fixtures, and an exterior weatherproof inlet box for connection to a generator or site power. Wiring is routed through conduit.
A workbench measuring approximately 6ft in length is mounted along one sidewall at standard height. The workbench surface is constructed from plywood with a hardboard top. Lockable storage cabinets are installed beneath the workbench. Additional shelving is mounted above the workbench.
A lockable personnel door is installed on one sidewall measuring approximately 32 inches in width by 78 inches in height. The floor is covered with commercial-grade non-slip vinyl sheeting over the existing marine-grade plywood subfloor.
The original cargo doors at one end remain fully operational, measuring 7ft 5in in width by 7ft 3in in height. Door locking bars operate with a standard locking mechanism.
The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel with corrugated sidewalls. The exterior shows no dents, perforations, or rust. All cut edges and weld points are finished with rust-inhibiting coating. Four ventilation ports with insect screens are installed to reduce condensation buildup.
