Three Tier Container Racking – Rear Mount, Adjustable Shelves, 550kg Capacity

This three tier container racking system is designed for installation at the rear end of shipping containers. The single bay kit has a length of 1850mm.

The racking comprises two pre-assembled end frames connected by two beams per shelf. The end frames are 2m high and 600mm wide. The beams slot into the end frames and include safety clips for secure attachment.

Shelf level heights can be adjusted in 50mm increments, allowing customization for different storage requirements.

All steel components are powder coated in blue and orange. The coating provides a finish that resists scratching.

Each shelf includes a 25mm chipboard shelf board. The capacity is 550kg per shelf.

It is possible to use racking on both sides of a 40ft container (choice of two or three tier). However, in the 40ft container there is not enough space for racking at the rear end when using racking down the 40ft sides.

If racking is only required at the rear end of the container, two tier or three tier racking can be used. This racking can also be used alone in any container size.

For racking on both sides of a 40ft container, two tier or three tier side racking should be used instead of rear racking.
