20ft New Open Plan Office Container with Insulation and Electrical

This 20ft shipping container is new and has not been previously used in cargo transport. The container is modified for office use including insulation, electrical components, flooring, and access points.

Closed-cell spray foam insulation is applied to interior walls and ceiling at a minimum thickness of 1.5 inches, then covered with fire-retardant plywood paneling. The floor is covered with commercial-grade vinyl sheeting over the existing marine-grade plywood subfloor.

The electrical system includes a 4-circuit sub-panel rated for 120V AC, four duplex receptacles, two overhead LED light fixtures, and an exterior weatherproof inlet box for connection to a generator or site power. Wiring is routed through conduit.

A lockable personnel door is installed on one sidewall measuring approximately 32 inches in width by 78 inches in height. One double glazed window measuring 36 inches by 24 inches is installed adjacent to the door. The original cargo doors at one end remain fully operational with locking bars intact.

The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel with corrugated sidewalls. The exterior shows no dents, perforations, or rust. All cut edges and weld points are finished with rust-inhibiting coating.
