This 10 ft cut down shipping container is constructed from steel. The container is cut down from a standard ISO 40 ft container to the specified length.

The container is rated wind and watertight, meaning the interior remains protected from rain, snow, and wind-driven moisture under normal weather conditions.

The container includes double doors. Fabricated rear panels and corner posts are installed. The container is prepared and re-sprayed inside and out.

A lockbox is fitted to the door for security.

Containers can be cut down to meet specific size requirements.
