This 10ft shipping container is modified for workshop and office use. The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel with corrugated sidewalls. The exterior and interior have been repainted in white.
An insulated personnel access door is installed for entry and exit. Steel-framed windows with lockable shutters provide ventilation and light control.
The electrical system includes internal lighting, multiple outlets, and a breaker panel. The electrical system requires connection to an external power source by a licensed electrician.
The interior includes durable workbenches and wall-mounted shelving for tools and equipment. The floor consists of the existing marine-grade plywood subfloor.
