20 ft Container Home Office – Patio Doors, Insulated, Electrical Fit-Out

This 20 ft container office is designed for use as a home office, garden office, or hobby room.

One long side of the standard 20 ft x 8 ft shipping container has been fully removed and fitted with full height double glazed sliding patio doors with integral venetian blinds. The blinds are protected within the glazing.

The unit includes fitted studwork. The walls are insulated with 50mm thick Dritherm Earthwool insulation. The ceiling is insulated with 100mm thick Dritherm loft insulation. The interior is lined with 12.5mm plasterboard, ready to be skimmed or finished.

The electrical specification includes flush fitted electrics and wiring. The unit includes three LED strip lights, four double 13A sockets, and two 32A isolators on the rear for air conditioning units if required.
